About ZAP
A small IT company that runs what it builds
ZAP IT Solutions B.V. was registered in the Netherlands in 2021. We set up servers, networks, shops and AI systems for companies around the EU, and then most of the time we stay on to keep them running.
Why that matters
Building it and running it
Plenty of IT suppliers build something, hand it over and leave. Others only take over what somebody else built. We do both, and it changes how things get built. If we know we'll be the ones patching a server in two years, it gets set up so that patching is easy, and so that someone else could take over from the notes.
The watching is mostly done by AI agents these days. They're good at reading logs and spotting patterns at any hour. Deciding what to change on your systems stays with people.

Things we don't bend on
Everything is in your name
Accounts, servers, domains, code. If you leave, there's nothing to hand back.
We write it down
Before we change something, and again once it's done.
People approve changes
AI agents can look at your systems. Only someone from ZAP can say yes to a change.
A backup counts once it's restored
Same for failover: it counts once we've tried it.
We say when it's not for us
If a job isn't our strength, you'll hear that early, and where we can we'll point you to someone better.
